The customized platter comes with your choice of four meats and a choice of two out of three cheeses.   Provolone, American or Swiss. Cole slaw, potato salad and two rolls per person are included.  Choose your 4 meats and two cheeses in the suggestions/comments box when you check out.  The most popular combination of meats are turkey, imported ham, salami and roast beef with provolone and American cheeses.   The base prce listed above serves 15 people. Other meats to choose from are: Roast Beef, Imported Ham, Turkey, Genoa Salami, Mortadella, Capicolla.
